Hello, and welcome.

It is my pleasure and privilege to share my thoughts and experiences with you. Over my 30 years in higher education, I have seen many trends come and go. Yet, one thing has remained constant: to train and educate students successfully, institutions need to be forward thinking and future-focused. At the institutions I have called home over the years, I have acted with the singular vision that we need to prepare students for jobs that do not yet exist in an economy that changes every day. It is no easy task to equip students for the unknown, but with the use of learning agility and a constant sense of reinvention, institutions can create future leaders that will help shape this new world of entrepreneurship and social impact. I hope that my thoughts on learning agility, the higher education industry, social impact, and the future of work spur innovation within you to make lasting change in whatever pursuit you deem worthy. I value your feedback and as a lifelong learner, I hope to gain new insights from our interactions.
